When you make an on-line booking, the cost of the camper is not automatically taken from your card. We will receive you card details and only take a deposit of £100 regardless of the total cost stated on your invoice. The balance payment must be paid 6 weeks before you collect your camper.

All Credit Card transactions are subject to a 2% transaction fee. There is no charge for Debit Cards.



What happens after you have made contact:

By e-mail

a. If you have e-mailed for an availability check I will respond with an e-mail detailing our availability and any answers to your questions.
Once you have accepted our offer of a camper you will be asked to pay a non-refundable £100 deposit. This will secure your booking and you will be sent your Confirmation and an Insurance Proposal Form and booking information form which must be completed as accurately as possible and sent back to us as soon as you can.
Six weeks before your arrival to collect the camper you will be asked to settle the final balance of your booking. See our terms and conditions 1.0.0 Booking and Payments.
 
Booked on-line.

If you make the booking on-line you will receive instant confirmation and we will automatically take the £100 deposit using the card details supplied. The balance of your booking is not taken until 6 weeks before your collection date. You will be contacted at or around the 6 week point and asked for the balance payment.
Once the deposit has been paid it is non-refundable. You will them be sent the Insurance Proposal Form and booking information form which must be completed as accurately as possible and sent back to us as soon as you can.

By Phone

Once you have accepted our offer of a camper you will be asked to pay a non-refundable £100 deposit. What is this legally binding Insurance Proposal and Booking Information  form ?


This form  is all the data required by the insurance company and by us to ensure you are legally qualified and able to drive one of our campers. You will ask for some details about you and also you're driving history. (You will also be asked to bring your driving licence and passport with you on the day you collect your camper). It is important to be as honest and accurate as possible as any misleading information may lead to you not being insured to drive one of our campers. You must return the form by post signed and dated to accept all the terms and conditions.

Cancellations

Please read out Terms and Conditions section 2.0.0 very carefully for our cancellation policy


All our vans are Classics and were born between 1962 and 1886. As such they can break down and even with the Recovery service we can not guarantee to repair your camper. We strongly suggest that you arrange holiday insurance  in the event that your holiday is cut short or cancelled due to unforeseen problems and "Force Majeure". We operate a pro-rate refund based on how many nights have to be cancelled.

1. The age bracket for hiring is between 25 and 75 unless authorisation has been given. We need to check with our insurance company if the age is outside the criteria as laid down by them.
2. All drivers must  have held a full UK or EU driving license for a minimum of 2 years. The security deposit can vary between £500 and £750 depending on your driving history, medical details, or any other factor the insurance company deem to be relevant. Other non EU country driving licences are still acceptable but the Security deposit may be raised by the insurance company however each driver is treated on an individual case basis
3. A booking deposit of £100 is required along with a completed Insurance and Booking Information Form. The deposit is not refundable.
4 Full settlement of your Balance is required 6 weeks before the start of your hire. See section 1.2.1 of our terms and conditions for the more information.
